Sarah Volk

Sarah Volk is a first-year doctoral student in Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, concentrating in policy analysis & evaluation. She is interested in examining the effects of school finance and state education funding on public schools and students.

Volk was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana and is a graduate of UW–Madison, where she received her M.A. in Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis, and the University of Michigan, where she received her B.A. in Economics.
